• Audio Visual Engineer

    World Wide Technology (St. Louis, MO)


    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience supporting audio/visual and conference room equipment including:

    + Cisco Video conferencing units

    + Blackmagic Design ATEM video switcher series

    + Analog and Digital Audio Mixers from 16 - 32 channels

    + Multi-camera setup, configuration, and operation

    + Ability to troubleshoot complex A/V system including Crestron, Biamp, and DM units

    + Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Crestron, Extron, BiAmp, Cisco.

    + Logical problem-solving skills and knowledge of research techniques, methods, and procedures for rapid problem resolution.

    + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

    + A committed desire to learn and grow in the Unified Communications practice.

    + Strong focus, passion, and desire to understand and exceed customer expectations and technology needs.

    + Creative mindset that easily lends itself to event design, décor, lighting, and other aesthetic choices.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Proactive and creative thinking mindset with a focus on finding innovative solutions to user problems.

    + Able to perform at a high level in a stressful, fast-paced work environment.

    + Able to work with executives to provide the highest level of customer service, technical solutions, and troubleshooting.

     

    This role may require international travel. Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain necessary travel documents, including a valid passport.
