    Job Overview

     

    This position will supervise the Field Service Team, drive zero harm, customer relations and technical support. Manage budgeted revenue, margin and expenses. Manage projects, customer quotes, billable to jobs.

     

    Key Job Responsibilities

     

    + Supervise and provide leadership for the field service team.

    + Drive zero harm.

    + Project management – job coordination and quoting.

    + Communication with customers and Komatsu leadership team.

    + Build field service team to budgeted head count

    + Coordinate with other regions on manpower requirements

    + Drive Field service utilization

    + Technical support for both internal and external customers

    Qualifications/Requirements

    + Education required – Mechanical engineering or technical experience with heavy mining equipment

    + Shovel and dragline experience

    + Project management experience

    + MSHA certified

    + Ability to use a wide array of diagnostic, functional tools and specialty instruments

    + Excellent computer, verbal, and written skills

    + Flexibility with travel based on needs and overall company objectives

    + Ability to understand specialized engineering terms and to explain engineering principles in common terms

    + A valid driver's license
