_Role Overview:_

The Reporting Analyst will report to the Sr. Director of Technical Operations and will be responsible for developing, maintaining and publishing PowerBI dashboards and reports for operational metrics. This role involves creating interactive dashboards and reports, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity, with a focus on contact center metrics.

This is a Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the two locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role:

+ Develop and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize key contact center metrics such as average handle time (AHT), service level (SLA), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for data visualization, ensuring that the visualizations provide valuable insights for contact center operations.

+ Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.

+ Provide ad-hoc reporting, modeling, and analysis to support various business initiatives.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.

+ Conduct research and evaluations for new technologies and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

+ Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and business intelligence tools, including technical specifications and user guides.

+ Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting systems, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.

+ Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements and implement best practices for data protection and privacy.

About you:

+ You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards.

+ You excel at analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

+ You are proficient in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar

+ You are skilled in ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular data validation and quality checks.

+ You possess strong collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders across various functions.

+ You are experienced in providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support various business initiatives.
