    + The role is a part of the Crew Schedule Planning team within our Integrated Operations Strategic Planning group. The Analyst position must meet many contractual deadlines which includes some holiday and weekend work.

    + This position works closely with the Preferential Bidding System (PBS) Team and F/A Planning. Responsibilities including, but not limited to, base transfers (flight attendants), system crew shuffle for both Pilot/FA along with crew member attrition. This position works closely with crew members and changes to their monthly schedule that apply within the guidelines of the CBA contract, MOU and other governing authorities.

     

    What you'll do

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._

     

    + Responsible for managing monthly and annual crew member seniority shuffle for pilots and flight attendants.

    + Manages monthly flight attendant transfers and mutual transfers due to attrition and change in the flight schedule.

    + Provides customer service and support via phone and email to Management regard to transfer and seniority shuffle questions.

    + Acts as primary company representative for building new hire flight attendants FOS shells and mid-month new hire schedules.

    + Analyzes and interprets CBA requirements and its application for transfers and new hire flight attendant information.

    + Adhoc projects as required.

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + 3 years of relevant experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in related field

    Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Familiarity with crew resources – prefer knowledge of the processes, systems and terminology used in scheduling flight crews

    + Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate to all levels of management confidently and effectively and internal/external customers

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines and shift priorities appropriately in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

    + Effective organization and planning skills

    + Knowledge of PBS, including knowledge of processes, systems, and terminology used in scheduling flight crews.

    + Ability to work with minimal supervision and to concisely present work

    + Strong aptitude for problem solving

    + Effective organization and planning skills

    + Working knowledge of software applications (Microsoft suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
