What you'll do

+ Collaborate with data engineers, application developers, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain Palantir Foundry platform infrastructure and data workflows that support industrial foundry operations and analytics.
+ Implement data migration and data engineering solutions using Azure products and services: (Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Event Hub, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Databricks, etc.) and traditional data warehouse tools
+ Oversee the full platform lifecycle, including design, cloud engineering (infrastructure, networking, security), data ingestion, transformation, ontology modeling, testing, CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
+ Provide technical leadership and collaborate within a team environment, as well as work independently
+ Be a key member of a DevOps team that fully owns and supports the Palantir Foundry platform.
+ Leads development of coding standards, best practices and privacy and security guidelines
+ Mentor team members on technical
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
+ 3+ years software solution development using agile, DevOps, operating in a product model that includes designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions
+ 3+ years of cloud development and data lake experience (prefer Microsoft Azure) including Azure EventHub, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Apps and Power BI
+ 1+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry, including data pipeline development (Pipeline Builder or Code Repositories), ontology modeling, or analytics (Contour, Workshop).
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ 5+ years software solution development using agile, dev ops, product model that includes designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions
+ 5+ years data analytics experience using SQL
+ 3+ years full-stack development experience, preferably in Azure
+ 3+ years of cloud development and data lake experience (prefer Microsoft Azure) including Azure EventHub, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, ADX, ASA, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Apps and Power BI
+ Airline Industry Experience
+ 2+ years of experience with the administration of data warehousing platforms like Snowflake or SQL Warehouse
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Cloud and Platform Expertise:
+ Ability to design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for Palantir Foundry.
+ Proficiency in the Azure technology stack for platform management, data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Databricks, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
+ Palantir Foundry Expertise:
+ Worked with Foundry’s core components, including Pipeline Builder, Code Workbooks (Python, SQL, Spark), Ontology modeling, Contour, Workshop, and data governance features (e.g., RBAC, data lineage, audit logging).
+ Familiarity with Foundry’s integration capabilities (e.g., APIs, JDBC, file uploads) and Resource Identifiers (RIDs) for managing datasets and projects.
+ Combination of Development, Administration & Support experience in several of the following tools/platforms required:
+ Scripting: Python, Spark, Unix, SQL
+ CI/CD: GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform
+ BI Analytics Tool Stack - Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Denodo, and Grafana
+ Data Governance and Privacy: Alation, Monte Carlo, Informatica.
