    IDS International is looking for a Deputy Project Manager to support all aspects of our Cleared Escort Program.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee the allocation of personnel and customer requirements.

    + Ensure teams have the necessary skills and training to execute customer tasks.

    + Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to company management.

    + Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure objectives are being met and implement improvements as necessary.

    + Coordinate personnel transitioning to support project start, conclusion, and follow on projects.

    + Recruit and interview candidates for this program.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 3+ years experience managing administrative functions related to program and/or employee management

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 1+ years experience supporting individuals performing cleared escort duties

    + Administrative or Human Resources experience

     

    Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
