    What You'll Be Doing

    + Overseeing daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency and quality.

    + Leading and developing a team of plant employees to achieve company goals.

    + Implementing and maintaining safety and environmental compliance programs.

    + Managing a crew of equipment operators, traveling to various sites to perform stripping duties.

    + Removing overburden to expose rock for drilling and blasting.

    + Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

    + Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.

    + Experience in managing people and crews.

    + Proficiency with dozers, excavators, and other heavy equipment.

    + Experience in large-scale earthwork preferred

    + Solid understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in the industry.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a combination of office and plant settings. The role may require exposure to varying weather conditions and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

    + Competitive base salary - $84,730 - $116,500
