    Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center (Anniston, AL)


    Coordinate and monitor daily plant utility functions to include multiple boilers, boiler chemistry testing and chemical treatment, oversee associated pumps for condensate, heating and cooling systems, VFD's, air compressors, and heat exchangers. Performs routine and preventive maintenance of said equipment and building systems, record results on CMMS and document activities and time. Perform other duties as assigned by Director.

     

    Performs maintenance and preventive maintenance on boilers and associated equipment. Conducts boiler chemistry tests daily. Completes daily check of air compressors, heat exchangers and condensafe. Daily check of domestic hot water. Maintains equipment in laundry and food nutritional services. Does plumbing and pipe fitting. Operates a clean and safe working area.

     

    2 year technical school training or AA degree in applied or related field a plus. 2 yrs operating boilers and working with pressure vessel preferred.

     

    HS diploma or GED required.
