Description
Trinity Solar is seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Engineerto design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations and drive efficiency across the enterprise. This hands-on engineering role requires expertise in robotic process automation tools using Blue Prism—as well as proficiency in Python scripting and foundational AI/ML techniques.
As part of the Business Technology department, you will work closely with business analysts, developers, and operational teams to create scalable automation solutions that support Trinity’s digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement robust RPA solutions using Blue Prism, and Python.
+ Leverage AI/ML capabilities—such as document understanding, OCR, NLP, or predictive models—to enhance automation outcomes where applicable.
+ Participate in full automation lifecycle—from requirement gathering and design to development, testing (UAT), deployment, and support.
+ Create and maintain detailed documentation for bots and automated processes.
+ Monitor and maintain automation in production, troubleshooting and resolving issues proactively.
+ Identify and evaluate new processes for automation opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
+ Modify and enhance existing bots to adapt to changing requirements or business needs.
+ Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of automation solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA with existing systems and tools.
+ Assist in evaluating new automation platforms and technologies aligned with Trinity’s innovation roadmap.
+ Conduct process reviews and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation, including end-to-end development and deployment of automation solutions.
+ Proven experience in building and maintaining automation using Blue Prism.
+ Strong knowledge of RPA development best practices and bot lifecycle management.
+ Proficiency in Python and ability to script logic for data transformation and external integrations.
+ Experience with delivering scalable and efficient RPA solutions in production environments.
+ Exposure to AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
+ Understanding of AI-driven automation use cases such as intelligent document processing, sentiment analysis, and predictive decision-making.
+ Quick to learn new tools and technologies.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Certifications
+ Blue Prism Developer Certification
+ AI/ML coursework, certifications, or project experience (preferred but not required)
