Your Role Matters
As a **Housekeeping Room Attendant,** you’ll play an important role in delivering on Atrium’s promise of exceptional hospitality, as well as the success of the hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
+ **Delivering a Welcoming Experience:** Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create a comfortable, home-away-from-home atmosphere for guests.
+ **Ensuring Cleanliness:** Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms within hotel by established protocols, including sanitizing and replenishing room amenities.
+ **Contribute to a Supportive Team Environment:** Work together with fellow housekeeping associates to uphold efficiency standards and maintain organized and timely workflow
+ **Collaborate Across Departments** : Work closely with the manager, maintenance, and front desk teams to report issues, lost and found, or as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Experience & Qualifications:
Required:
+ **Physical:** Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs; able to walk and stand for duration of shift
+ **Other:** Flexible to work day shift, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed)
Preferred:
+ **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent
+ **Experience:** Previous hotel housekeeping or applicable cleaning experience
