Job Title: Project Manager
Job Category: Field Manager 35-40 hours/week
Starting Pay: $22/HR
Job Description: The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to); Managing the client relationship from consultation to job completion; Supervise move/clean out project leads to ensure project completion. Conduct performance reviews in partnership with Director of Operations, on-going training, coaching and performance management of current employees; Cultivate and foster a cohesive team environment by modeling and reinforcing the company culture and high customer service/solution-based standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Lead our “move/clean out” Project Leads in the organizing and sorting of household items for distribution, donation, resettle, move and house clean outs.
+ Reporting of all incidents/accidents to Director of Operations and Owner, and documenting as needed IE worker comp
+ Manage all facets associated with the relocation, and clean out process (including all on-site employees).
+ Works with and supports the “move/clean out” Project Leads to ensure projects are run with precision and efficiency from start to finish
+ Supports hiring process and on-boarding, new hire orientation and training of new employees
+ Communicate daily progress to Director of Operation at the end of each work day through the software system and/or email
+ Communication with clients throughout the project and resolves any situations that arises Resolution and follow-up of customer complaints;
+ Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of company goals
+ Monthly reports to include project status, employee retention, and overall business development
+ Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Minimum of two (2) years of Operational Supervisory/Management experience
+ Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced and unique work environment
+ Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
+ Above average knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
+ Commitment to high professional ethical standards
+ Ability to work on any given client project to include physical demands of lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Strong planning and organization skills with a sharp eye for attention to detail
