    Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator (GMP Manufacturing) 2nd shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting continuous line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator (GMP Manufacturing) 2nd shift

    **Location:** Saint Francis, WI

    **Pay Range:** $17.00 - $23.00/hr + $2 shift premium

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Execute changeovers, setups, and machine breakdowns.

    + Ensure continuous line production.

    + Tend the production line efficiently.

    + Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + GED or equivalent.

    + 2+ years of machine operation experience.

    + 5+ years of experience in a food environment or related industry (chemical, pharma, etc.).

    + Must be able to train on 1st shift.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
