    Who You Are:

    + **1–3 years of experience** in recruiting, HR, or customer service preferred but not required.

    + You’re an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.

    + You bring a **positive attitude** and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.

    + **Strong Customer-Service**

    + You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and using technology to stay organized.

    + A **bachelor’s degree** is a preferred
