Our client, operates in the automotive and transportation industry, specifically in the manufacturing of commercial vehicles. is seeking a Sr. Solution Engineer to join their team.
**Job Title:** Sr. Solution Engineer
**Location:** Greensboro, NC
Summary of the Position: We are seeking a skilled Sr. Solution Engineer to support one of Volvo Penta's highest-priority projects, the Order Promise initiative. This role requires expertise in developing and configuring within the Maestro Supplier Planning tool, along with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and configure solutions within the Maestro Supplier Planning tool.
+ Support planning and supply chain functionalities related to the Order Promise project.
+ Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
+ Perform programming in Excel and work with relational databases.
+ Develop and maintain scripts in Java to support data and process automation.
+ Apply analytical thinking to solve planning and integration issues within the Maestro tool.
Required Qualifications:
+ Hands-on experience with Maestro (development and configuration).
+ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
+ Experience in Excel programming and working with relational databases.
+ Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
+ Experience in Java scripting.
+ Ability to understand and work with functional programming concepts is a plus.
