• Converting Operator - 3rd Shift

    **Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Converting Operator - Tier One to join their team.** As a Converting Operator, you will be part of the Converting Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

    Converting Operator - Tier One

    Sussex, WI

    Pay Range:

    $18.00 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Operate converting machines safely and efficiently.

    + Conduct physical/visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Pack and palletize goods for shipment.

    + Maintain production supplies and minimize machine downtime.

    + Record production data accurately in the system.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.

    + Basic computer and math skills.

    + Capability to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. unassisted.

    + Reliable transportation and ability to work necessary overtime.

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
