Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting patient care initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Patient Service Representative - Up to $18/Hour

**Location:** Scott Depot, WV

**Pay Range:** Up to $18/Hour or $720/week

What's the Job?

+ Lot's of phone calls and patient customer service :)

+ Assist patients with scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.

+ Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.

+ Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience.

+ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Experience working in a medical office/environment is a huge plus ;)

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

+ Proficient in using computer systems and software.
