Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking an ServiceNow Enterprise Architect Director to join their team. As an Enterprise Architect Director, you will be part of the ServiceNow practice supporting various sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership experience which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Enterprise Architect Director- ServiceNow
**Location:** Remote (USA)
What's the Job?
+ Design and develop the technical architecture of ServiceNow IT Asset Management, including Hardware and Software Asset Management.
+ Set up integrations with Tanium, SCCM, jamf, and Micro Focus for software inventory integration.
+ Troubleshoot HAM issues such as normalization, entitlements, metrics, allocations, and foundation data aligned to CSDM.
+ Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process workshops to educate customers on best practices.
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and configuration.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
+ Hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of applications such as ITSM and custom apps HAM.
+ Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
+ At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a Solution Architect or lead consultant.
+ Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
