• Owner's Rep Project Manager

    Job Description

    Insight Globals top data client is seeking an Owners Rep (OR) Project Manager that will act on behalf of the owner to become a virtual extension of the owners project team and will establish an immediate and close relationship with the owner to gain a complete understanding of the owners project requirements, goals and constraints, and general business objectives. OR will bring best practice and innovative experience to this project that will facilitate the delivery of efficiencies in terms of design, construction, and operational transition process. OR will follow the Owners standards for quality, optimal cost structure, and on-time delivery, and implement these standards into the overall framework of the project. This person will be responsible for procurement, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, testing and inspection.

     

    Pay range: $70-80/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3-5 years of experience in program or project management

     

    Experience managing multiple projects (100k-50mil)

     

    Data center mission critical experience

     

    Experience with G Suite

     

    Change management experience

    Construction, quality, and commissioning background or experience null
