Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead key technology initiatives. In this role, you will oversee large-scale, high-impact programs and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring successful implementation. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, strategic thinking, business analysis expertise, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Lead the execution of key technology initiatives, including allocation engine, code documentation, and validations.
Manage capacity growth projects to ensure scalability and performance.
Translate Product OKRs into clear, actionable project deliverables.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across both Business and Technology teams to align project goals and expectations, ensuring successful outcomes.
Break down strategic objectives into well-defined project components.
Lead the initiation and planning of projects, defining goals, scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes, ensuring clear communication of the impact to stakeholders.
Track program health, monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and velocity.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Perform proactive risk assessments, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders on project status.
Serve as a strategic partner to Business and Technology teams, offering insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and technology investments.
Uphold program / project management governance standards.
Maintain centralized project documentation to ensure accessibility and organization.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science.
10+ years of experience managing complex technology programs with cross-functional teams.
10-15 years of experience in the financial industry preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and objectively.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall program management methodologies.
Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion.
Ability to transform program goals into clear, actionable project deliverables.
Skilled in managing multiple projects with evolving business requirements and tight deadlines.
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development, business analysis, and web technologies.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, and Confluence.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Preferred: Agile Scrum Certification (SAFe or similar). null
