    Salary: Salary depends on experience (DOE); $90,000 to DOE.

    Primary Duties: Successful applicant for the Deputy Attorney General position will handle litigation-related legal work on behalf of the Tax Commission. The attorney will also provide legal advice on matters that arise during the day-to-day business of the Tax Commission, including assistance with the promulgation of rules, advising on open meeting law and proposed legislation, and addressing issues of statutory interpretation.

     

    Minimum Qualifications: Active Idaho State Bar license.

     

    Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience.
