Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an External Client Support Analysts to sit onsite at one of our financial clients in the Draper, UT area. These analysts will be responsible for supporting two client bases: the rich and famous, as well as large institutions. The analysts are responsible for providing a white glove service and will assist in client issues such as: account logins, accessing statements, wiring funds, navigating the mobile/online application, connecting data through different APIs, and any additional access or entitlement problems.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in a client support role
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Technical background in scripting preferably JavaScript, Python or C#
Polished and professional someone who could sit down with CEOs
Experience with data reporting will be producing reports for executives null
