    About the Role

     

    _Location: Remote_** **_–_** **_Michigan residents_

    As a remote Warranty Support Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help automotive dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish.

    _What You'll Do_

    + Be a pivotal part of a great team

    + Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends

    + Offer timely and accurate solutions for claim review

    + Communicate with internal and external partners through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

    _Required Skills_

    + Self-motivated, passionate professional who is enthusiastic, energetic and teamwork-oriented

    + Excellent analytical and communication skills

    _Eligibility Requirements_

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + One or more year of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)

    + Ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation:

    + Monday - Friday

    + 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time

    + _No weekends or late shifts!_

    + Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

    _Nice to Have_

    + Experience in warranty administration and / or insurance claims

    + Automotive dealership experience (e.g., service department, warranty administration)

    _Remote Work Requirements_

    + Michigan resident

    + High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline

    + Secluded and distraction-free work environment
