Job Description
The Service Delivery Assistant for Mobility is responsible for ensuring smooth and frictionless cellular service to its corporate user base in North America and for assisting with other initiatives within the Service Delivery scope.
This resource will assist the Service Delivery Lead with corporate mobility service management.
They will be assistant administrator of the Tangoe Mobile MEM site and help manage email requests coming to Mobility Help mailbox. They will also assist with Service Now tickets for mobility.
They will help monitor AT&T international usage notifications, take action to prevent excessive charges and provide guidance to end users on steps to prevent for future.
They will act as secondary POC for carriers/suppliers/vendors and collaborate with them to ensure they meet their service obligations.
They will be the backup resource to process and submit General Ledger disbursements due to company at month end. There will also be invoice management for other cellular carriers, plus some for legacy telecom vendors for certain brands.
This role is also responsible to assist with all escalations and troubleshooting related to corporate cellular service, making sure affected end users have their issues resolved as quickly as possible.
While this role is mainly focused on mobility, this resource may be called upon for other Service Delivery department needs.
Knowledge of Tangoe Mobile MEM and/or AT&T Mobility Premier site is helpful, but not required.
