Job Summary
Responsible for the development of optimal and consistent engineering Solution execution processes for the Advanced Power Generation, including continuous review, improvement and updating of documentation (QMS, etc.). Accountable for driving collaboration across Solutions, Regions, PMO, and other internal Ops/EDS stakeholders on the adoption and evolution of BVs programmatic engineering execution approaches.
Key Responsibilities
+ Management and development of Advanced Power Generation engineering execution processes to support the achievement of BVs Next Gen Strategy. This includes Hydropower, Nuclear and Gas.
+ Coordinate engineering execution processes with all Op’s stakeholders (Construction, Supply Chain, PJC, PMO, etc.) to support efficient project execution of Advanced Power Generation projects globally. Coordinate and delegate tasks to professionals managing the engineering execution of multi-discipline teams for the successful execution of projects supporting the APG solutions.
+ Drive continuous improvements and standardization of Advanced Power Generation engineering execution processes.
+ Develop and continued execution of effective tactics to drive collaboration, influence and build followership of stakeholders related to Advanced Power Generation engineering execution approaches and processes.
+ Accountable for the quality review and accuracy of EDS Advanced Power Generation engineering execution processes within QMS documents, including continuous improvement, incorporation of best practices and lessons learned, and management of required updates.
+ Provide Solution execution approach consultation for Advanced Power Generation to stakeholders for proposals and current projects.
+ Responsible for early identification of Advanced Power Generation execution gaps in engineering execution processes and engagement of appropriate stakeholders to close or remediate gaps.
+ Consults with EDS Operations Leader, Global EDS Solution leader, and other stakeholders on current and projected Advanced Power Generation EDS execution process training needs, in alignment with the Next Gen strategy. Engage in training development and supporting tactics, as needed.
+ Foster a culture/community within EDS, with a focus on Advanced Power Generation, that facilitates movement across Solutions and incorporates and employee ownership and safety mindset. Mentors and engages in career and skill development of professionals within scope of responsibility.
+ Administrative responsibilities may include office and financial administration (staff utilization, budget monitoring, overhead control, and approvals) and ensures policies, procedures and processes are effectively implemented and communicated.

Supervises work of others. Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinates.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
+ 8+ years of applicable experience, including solution relevant EPC and services execution experience
+ In-Depth knowledge of Advanced Power Generation Engineering Processes
