The Recruiter II, Social Media is responsible to attract potential candidates with an emphasis on ancillary roles, screen them, and recommend for placement. The process of recruiting may involve both internal and external sourcing methods, thereby requiring this individual to be adept at understanding where and how to locate candidates. This position is responsible for representing Lutheran SeniorLife at recruitment events and building relationships with external pipelines. This position provides overall recruitment support to the organization and participates in recruitment strategy development, as well as creating social media content. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years previous experience in recruiting and Applicant Tracking System preferred. Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes. Experience in employer branding or digital marketing. Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools. Must possess current driver’s license, as some driving is required to visit the organization’s various sites and to attend other HR-related business functions.
