A Snapshot of Your Day

The primary purpose of this position is to operate a variety of equipment in the Coating Department with supervision. Complete coating process of product according to manufacturing and customer requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

+ Set up automated blast machines. Set up Automated shot peen machines.

+ Troubleshoot stand up manual blast cabinets.

+ Perform post coating blending - deburr operations.

+ Run production on thermal spray booths - Fanuc and ABB. Perform basic gun rebuilt to run production (F4, JP5000, Jetkotte 3000)

+ Perform micro blast post coating operation. Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition including safety data base.

+ Notify supervision of irregularities or major equipment malfunctions. Train all Labor Grade 2 coating operators for all required job functions.

What You Bring

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Requires 18 months of experience in thermal spray coating application

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
