• Injection Molding Process Engineer

    + Perform, document and direct all process development activity using scientific molding tools.

    + Document all process related validation protocol requirements

    + Perform regular process audits to ensure manufacturing compliance.

    + Perform as technical liaison to customers on all related process related activity.

    + Daily monitoring of IQMS real-time actual verses standard and audit all processes not running to standard.

    + Capable of running all aspects of the molding and auxiliary equipment.

    + Full understanding of decoupled molding and ensure that process techs adhere to decoupled principles.

    + Leadership support in trouble shooting/ debugging new programs.

    + Adherence to ISO procedures.

    + Lead process tech team in developing tooling work orders for mold repairs and PM’s.

    + Utilized continuous improvement, lean and six sigma tools to reach OEE standards.

    + Coach and mentor and train process technicians.
