Description We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team in Germantown, Tennessee. This role involves managing core accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.

• Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and reconciled.

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of routine accounting operations.

• Assist with the month-end close process, including financial reporting and analysis.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP to manage financial data.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and support financial decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all financial activities.

• Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation and addressing inquiries. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining general ledger accuracy.

• Strong understanding of journal entries and month-end close procedures.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
