Description
Robert Half is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our client's senior leadership team. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of high-level executive functions by managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
+ Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and prioritizing communications.
+ Prepare, edit, and distribute executive-level presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
+ Oversee administrative functions such as expense reporting, vendor contracts, and invoice processing.
+ Track deadlines and action items to ensure follow-up on critical priorities.
+ Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and off-site functions for senior leadership.
+ Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information and strategic plans.
+ Proactively identify and resolve issues that impact executive productivity or the broader administrative workflows.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
+ 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
+ Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
+ Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle highly confidential information.
+ Familiarity with additional project management tools or software is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com).
