Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Symitar programming to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the smooth integration and optimization of banking systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Symitar programming solutions to support banking and credit union operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Provide technical expertise on Symitar core banking systems, including SymPDF and PowerFrame Docs.

• Manage and execute technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Perform detailed analysis to identify and resolve system issues or inefficiencies.

• Deliver presentations and conduct training sessions for end-users and team members.

• Travel independently to client locations as needed to support project implementations.

• Utilize general office equipment to produce reports, presentations, and documentation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking or credit union environment.

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on Symitar programming experience.

• Familiarity with SymPDF and PowerFrame Docs is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of Symitar core banking systems.

• Proven ability in technical planning and project management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
