Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Coralville, Iowa. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial operations by analyzing data, preparing reports, and improving processes. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis.

• Review and refine financial procedures to ensure compliance with established protocols.

• Support the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.

• Maintain and enhance reporting tools to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of financial operations.

• Ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable standards.

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address financial-related inquiries promptly.

• Contribute to the development of strategies to improve overall operational quality. Requirements • Strong proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

• Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial statement preparation.

• Experience with streamlining workflows and implementing process improvements.

• Proficiency in using reporting tools and financial software.

• Ability to adhere to and improve established financial protocols.
