We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry located in Carmel, California. The role is for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor who will be instrumental in managing and overseeing various accounting functions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives

• Supervising and managing all aspects of accounting including billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses

• Managing the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general and entity accounting, cost accounting, and Human Resources

• Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions and the maintenance of all financial records

• Handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Managing the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports

• Overseeing the use of BlackLine, Concur, and ERP for enterprise resource planning

• Managing the auditing process to ensure the company's financial operations are in compliance with legal requirements

• Facilitating the continuous improvement of the accounting department's processes and procedures.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Familiarity with BlackLine is required

• Proficiency in using Concur is necessary

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is desirable

• Mastery of Accounting Functions is fundamental

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is needed

• Practical experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is important

• Proficiency in Auditing is key

• Expertise in Billing Functions is crucial
