Description We are on the lookout for a Sr. Tax Manager in Richmond, Virginia, United States. This role involves managing a range of tax-related tasks within the financial services industry. You will be expected to handle tax matters related to individual, corporate, and partnership clients, deliver tax projections, conduct tax research, and engage in special projects as requested by clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review multi-state income tax returns for business entities, including C‐corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary returns.

• Oversee the process of U.S. and state individual income and gift tax returns.

• Coordinate with clients and colleagues to address various tax matters.

• Conduct comprehensive tax research as required.

• Deliver accurate tax projections for individual and corporate clients.

• Participate in client consultations and provide tax-related advice.

• Handle special projects based on client requests.

• Utilize specialized accounting software like QuickBooks, Quickbooks Online, and trial balance software.

• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with CaseWare is a must.

• CCH ProSystem Fx expertise is necessary.

• Understanding of CCH Sales Tax is crucial.

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions is expected.

• Experience with Annual Income Tax Provision is required.

• Auditing skills are essential.

• Compliance expertise is a must.

• Knowledge in Entity Formation is necessary.
