Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales/Business Deveopment Representative for a contract to hire opportunity in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, assisting with lead generation, and maintaining organized records. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while honing your skills in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients as part of lead generation efforts and scheduling prospect meetings.
• Assist in generating leads and researching potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure the integrity of sales records in CRM.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze sales data effectively.
• Manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and update account information.
• Handle inbound calls and provide prompt responses to client inquiries.
• Execute additional administrative duties as assigned to support team operations.
Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client data and interactions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Experience with administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and communicate effectively with clients.
• Confidence in making cold calls to potential customers.
• Familiarity with tools like About Time or similar software is a plus.
