    Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Anticipated Teaching Assistant positions at our Joseph D’Aquanni/West Road Intermediate School as indicated below for the 2024-2025 school year.

     

    + (1) 35 hr/wk Special Education Teaching Assistant (Shared Aide)

    + Starting salary $21,004

    + (1) 32.5 hr/wk General Education Teaching Assistants

    + Starting Salary $19,504

    The District offers:

    + Paid sick and personal days as well as health insurance coverage for positions that are 20 hrs/wk or more

    + Some paid holidays for those positions of 20 hrs/wk or more.

    + Access to Educator’s EAP

    + Optional enrollment in 403B and/or NYS Teacher Retirement System (Pension)

    + Tuition reimbursement program (up to $1,000)

     

    Starting salary is approximately $16.22/hr. However, positions of 25 hours or more are salaried September through June.

    Job Qualifications

    Current NYSED Teaching Assistant Certification preferred but required to obtain prior to May 2025.
