    Salary 55,000 - 65,000

     

    Our client, seeks a Bookkeeper with 5+ years experience. The successful Bookkeeper will be involved in bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and HR duties. Experience with QuickBooks is a requirement. The role is open due to retirement. The company offers an excellent environment, compensation, and benefits.

    Key responsibilities

    + Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

    + Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.

    + Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communication.

    + Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

    + Support HR in administering benefits and managing employee relations

    + Assist in HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have:

    + Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper.

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks is a requirement.

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

    + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

    + Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and HR duties.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
