    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in San Diego, CA, but offers the flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure applications using the .NET framework.

    + Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications by identifying bugs, performance issues, and areas for potential improvement.

    + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define application requirements and implement solutions.

    + Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

    + Test and deploy applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality.

    + Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in .NET technologies to incorporate best practices and innovations into projects.

    + Integrate back-end services with front-end systems or third-party APIs as required.

    + Provide technical support and documentation for deployed solutions.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills:

    + Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Blazor.

    + Proficiency in web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

    + Strong understanding of SQL Server or other relational databases, including experience writing complex queries.

    + Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.

    + Familiarity with cloud services, such as Azure or AWS, is a plus.

    + Experience with version control tools, such as Git.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.

    + Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setup.
