Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Hartford, Connecticut, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and generating custom reports from electronic medical record systems, supporting data-driven decision-making processes within the healthcare industry. This position requires strong analytical skills and expertise in leveraging advanced tools to improve business intelligence and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce custom reports from Carelogic and Case Worthy electronic medical record systems to meet organizational needs.
• Utilize SQL queries and other data tools to extract and analyze information from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with teams to identify reporting requirements and implement solutions that address business objectives.
• Apply knowledge of human services and behavioral health systems to ensure data alignment with service delivery goals.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Case Worthy software systems.
• Lead data analysis initiatives that support grants and planning processes.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in data reporting and system functionality.
• Utilize tools such as Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, and BusinessObjects to streamline reporting workflows.
• Provide expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Support the creation of comprehensive business requirement documents for system and process improvements. Requirements • Proficiency in creating reports using Carelogic and Case Worthy systems.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools like BusinessObjects Technologies.
• Strong understanding of human services and behavioral health service delivery systems.
• Familiarity with system development processes, particularly for Case Worthy software.
• Master’s degree in Health Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, and Erwin Data modeling software.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience in conducting AB testing. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
