    Robert Half is working with a small construction firm in South San Francisco. Our client has been in business for over 50 years. Thei Fire Protection Division is looking to hire a Project Engineer / Coordinator. This could be a potential temp to hire for the right candidate.     The responsibilities of a Project Engineer are as follows but not limited to:

    + Work closely with Project Managers / Superintendents to assist day-to-day project activities

    + Creation of project submittals

    + Assist with project schedules

    + Maintain control of all project documentation

    + Create, manage and tracks RFI’s

    + Maintain and distributes project plans

    + Understands Projects plans and Specifications

    + Prepare purchase orders

    + Coordinate material deliveries

    + Obtain approved plans and building permits with the Authority Having Jurisdiction

    + Coordinate & schedule inspections with the Authority Having Jurisdiction

    + Prepare project closeout documents

    Requirements

    •Qualifications

    + Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects and tasks

    + Ability to work in office Desired Skills (but not required)

    + Experience with Bluebeam software

    + Experience with Procore software
