Overview:

Robert Half is hiring a Staff or Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) practice in the Fort Worth area. This is a unique opportunity for accounting professionals who enjoy variety and project-based work but also want the stability of a full-time, salaried role.

What You’ll Do:

As a Full-Time Engagement Professional, you'll be deployed to work on interim and project assignments with our clients. Assignments vary but typically include:

+ Preparing and analyzing financial statements

+ Assisting with month-end close

+ Performing reconciliations and journal entries

+ Managing fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals

+ Supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts

+ Assisting with audit prep and financial clean-up

+ Supporting ERP transitions or system implementations

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3–7+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to multiple industries

+ Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting

+ Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday

+ Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, etc.)

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

+ CPA or CPA track is a plus

+ Ability to quickly adapt and contribute in new environments
