Description We are looking for a skilled Digital Transformation Process Manager to lead process optimization initiatives and enhance operational efficiency through innovative solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement streamlined workflows and controls. Based in Stamford, Connecticut, this position offers the opportunity to drive impactful change within the waste management and environmental services industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of business processes that align with organizational goals and system capabilities.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and compliance teams to ensure processes meet cross-functional requirements.
• Translate business objectives into system-enabled workflows and operational procedures.
• Manage and coordinate updates across evolving systems, tools, and platforms to maintain alignment with business needs.
• Partner with external consultants to support process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
• Facilitate user adoption by developing training materials, providing documentation, and supporting enablement efforts.
• Establish and implement basic controls to ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance in operational processes.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and implement iterative improvements to enhance process efficiency over time. Requirements • Proven experience in designing and implementing business processes across various tools and systems.
• Strong track record of documenting SOPs, workflows, and process changes in an accessible format.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and their application to operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business, IT, and compliance teams to align on process requirements.
• Knowledge of digital tools, enterprise systems, and how they influence process design.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and control implementation.
• Experience managing updates to systems, tools, or platforms in dynamic environments.
