    Job Summary:

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle 30-60 inbound and/or outbound calls daily, providing exceptional service and support to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will resolve inquiries, address concerns, and deliver a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping people.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat requests from customers, resolving inquiries and providing accurate information promptly.

    + Problem-Solving: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

    + Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

    + Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated with in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

    + Multi-Tasking: Efficiently handle a high volume of calls while managing other communication channels during peak times.

    + Customer Education: Proactively educate customers about available products, services, or self-help solutions.

    + Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring smooth resolution.

    + Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

    + Team Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and optimize processes for improved service delivery.

    + Feedback Management: Gather and document customer feedback to identify trends and contribute to service improvements

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Experience: At least 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.

    + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Skills:

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong active listening and empathy to connect with customers.

    + Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Attributes:

    + Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.

    + Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.

    + Flexibility to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in healthcare of insurance

    + Bilingual abilities in
