    Description

    We are looking for a skilled PHP/MySQL Developer to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in web application development and database management. If you have any experience with Java programming, that would be an added advantage.

     

    This is a Full-time, in-office position in Clearwater, FL. Compensation flexible $70-100K depending on experience.

    Top Skills/Experience Looking For:

    + 3+ years experience in PHP programming and web app development

    + Strong experience in mySQL, including database design and optimization

    + is a plus (but not required) - any Java programming experience

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop, maintain, and optimize PHP-based applications to meet business requirements

    + Design and manage MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements

    + Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within existing applications

    + Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

    + Test and deploy applications, ensuring they meet performance and security standards

    + Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes

    + Assist in integrating Java-based components, if applicable, to improve functionality

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Proficiency in PHP programming and web application development

    + Strong experience with MySQL, including database design and optimization

    + Familiarity with Java programming is preferred but not mandatory

    + Ability to write clean and maintainable code following best practices

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Experience with testing and deploying applications in production environments

    + Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working in a team

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
