    Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a **Java Application Developer** to join the team of IT professionals in a role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are in search of an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the opportunity for you!

    Responsibilities:

    Development and improvements of apps in java 8, Springboot, Microservices, cloud platform(AWS, on-premise cloud)

     

    Deep knowledge supervising tools(Dynatrace) and various DBs including Postgres

     

    Handle Production support for 50+ Tier 1 Billing applications

     

    Handle different Technology upgrade and migrations

    Required Qualifications

    Java application development and support skills

     

    Proficient in production monitoring and solving using Dynatrace, CloudWatch logs, and Logscale

     

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with a passion for knowing the latest technological advancements.

     

    Practitioner of Agile Software Development frameworks including Scrum and Sprint

     

    Hands on experience on implementing AWS solutions using various AWS services

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for the position is between $55,350– $82,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
