ROLE: Senior Business Analyst-** **Microsoft Dynamics 365

LOCAION: Remote

**Senior Business Analyst** specializing in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)** Or **D355 Field Service** to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Deep functional expertise in **D365 CE modules** , including **Customer Service, Field Service**

• Should be able collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements in the form of Epics, features & user stories

• Experience in negotiating with business to keep the out of the box functionality as apposed to customizing the application

• Experience in running workshops, creating clear list of action items and documenting business processes using process flows, functional diagrams

• Experience in capturing roles & responsibility, data visibility and security specific requirements within the context of D365

• Clear understanding of How D365 integrates with external sources and third party apps

• Should be able to write functional as well integration user stories

• Clear understanding and experience of Agile methodology implementing it using Jira or DevOps studio

• Experience in working in multivendor, multi Geo teams especially onsite – Offshore delivery model

**Required skills** : D365 Functional Experience in Customer Service Module, Creating Process flows, functional flows, Epics, Features & stories, Running workshops, demos, Clear understanding of Roles, responsibility & data security and visibility, Requirements analysis, gap analysis, functional fitment to the out of the box features, Experience in Agile Methodology & working in onsite-offshore model.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 105,240 - $ 149,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
