+ This is an on-site position based out of our Naperville, IL Distribution Center

+ This role is an Individual Contributor position

A day in the life as a Distribution Office Associate:

+ Work in receiving office or yard shack, tracking and checking in drivers and trailers

+ Performs a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copying

+ Gathers information from accounts, applications, or spreadsheets and transfers into a standard format or database

+ Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling, sorting, and verifying information.

+ Performs other related clerical duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the table…

+ Proficient at typing and basic computer operation

+ Intermediate English Language proficiency

+ Clerical, word processing, and office skills

+ High attention to detail

+ Experience in a clerical position and/or Administrative Support preferred

+ High School Diploma, GED, equivalent vocational training, or associate's degree

Minimum Starting Rate: $16.50 Hourly

Up to: $19.75 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
