**Job Title:** Administrative Support Specialist

**Pay Rate:** $21.00 per hour

Job Description:
Adecco is currently assisting a top client in recruiting for a **Temporary Administrative Support Specialist** in **Gladstone, VA** . This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, prior experience in payroll and inventory support, and the ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting daily office functions related to payroll processing, inventory audits, clerical support, and general accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
+ Process payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
+ Perform inventory audits and maintain detailed records and reports
+ Maintain administrative filing systems and office records
+ Answer HR and employee benefits-related inquiries
+ Perform general clerical duties such as faxing, photocopying, answering phones, and distributing mail
+ Order office supplies and materials as needed
+ Assist in coding invoices and routing for approvals
+ Support customer, vendor, and internal team communications
+ Prepare and distribute recurring administrative, production, and accounting reports
+ Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in **payroll processing**
+ Experience conducting **inventory audits and reporting**
+ Strong administrative and **clerical skills** , including document filing and records management
+ Proficiency with **accounts payable** and invoice coding
+ Experience handling **human resources inquiries**
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong communication and multitasking skills

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
