    Staffing Recruiter – Austin, TX

    **Pay:** $35.00–$45.00/hr.

    **Location:** On-site in Austin, TX

    **Shift:** Full-time, immediate start

     

    Adecco is hiring immediately for a Staffing Recruiter to support a local client in Austin. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused team where your recruiting expertise will make a real impact.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from sourcing to onboarding

    + Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent

    + Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business needs

    + Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis

    + Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular updates to stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree required

    + 2–5 years of recruiting experience

    + Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite

    + Strong communication skills and attention to detail

    + Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
