Senior Contracts Specialist – Commercial Sales Agreements
Schedule: Hybrid | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $75.15/hour
Dress Code: Business Casual
Education: BA/BS required; MBA or Paralegal certification preferred
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Contracts Specialist** with advanced knowledge of contractual terms and conditions to support the development, negotiation, and management of commercial sales agreements across multiple routes-to-market. You will collaborate closely with legal counsel, contracts managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial sales agreements
+ Collaborate with global teams to support contract lifecycle management
+ Ensure alignment with standardized templates, language, and processes
+ Provide support for template approval and management
+ Deliver contract-related education and guidance to internal teams
Key Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial sales agreements
+ Strong understanding of commercial legal principles
+ Experience with global contract support and cross-functional collaboration
+ Project management experience is a plus
+ Experience with contract lifecycle automation tools is highly desirable
Preferred Experience:
+ Supporting education bids, government certifications, and health & wellness agreements
+ Working in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams

**Pay Details:** $75.15 per hour
