**Company:** Adecco is recruiting for a talented and highly motivated Scientist for a global beauty and cosmetics company.

Requirements:

+ MS degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting.

+ Experience in culturing and setting up test systems using human keratinocytes and fibroblasts.

+ Excellent tissue culture and sterile technique; experience handling human tissue samples is a plus.

+ Experience conducting multiplex ELISA as well as general ELISA assays.

+ 2 years of experience in immunofluorescence, IHC, and PCR methods.

+ Ability to design antibody panels for multi-color flow cytometry.

+ Experience in microscopy imaging techniques.

+ Understanding of skin and skin appendage morphologies is a plus.

+ Knowledge of skin wound healing biology is a plus.

+ Basic understanding of next-generation sequencing technologies is a plus.

+ Proficient in writing function SOPs/Working Practices.

+ Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Job Duties:

+ Perform laboratory work to support scientific discovery programs related to skin biology under the supervision of a project leader or senior scientist.

+ Conduct in vitro experiments on 2D cells, 3D reconstructed skin, or ex vivo human skin.

+ Micro-dissection of human skin biopsies.

+ Conduct immunohistochemistry experiments and biological assays.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical teams and formulators to design and run experiments.

+ Manage, collect, analyze, summarize, upload to internal databases, and report high-quality data in a timely manner.

+ Oversee laboratory operations including ordering, organizing, and supply management.

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

**Pay** - The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 34 and $35.

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

**Pay Details:** $34.00 to $35.00 per hour
